The following production plants already in operation:
1. two-stage shredding with FE separation, dedusting, all-metal separation
2. single-stage shredding
3. float-sink plant for water separation stage (both heavy and light material as target fraction)
Setup of further plants:
4. pelletizing for processing light material into conveyable fractions such as classifier films, natural fibre-reinforced plastics, chips, etc.
5. shredding and separation table for processing metal-plastic composites
Details about the production plants in operation:
- Plant 1: input conveyor, single-shaft shredders, output conveyor, overbelt magnetic Fe separator, conveyor belt, granulator, all-metal detector, granulator, dedusting, all-metal separator (free-fall separator)
- Plant 2: input conveyor, granulator, dedusting
- Plant 3: Bunker, feeder, float-sink basin, drying, bagging
